Your First Call: Speaking with Our Office (Meet Nick)
When you click the Free Estimate button, call us or send us a message on social media, your information goes straight to our office. Your first conversation is with Nick, who will ask a few basic questions about the type of project you want to undertake, how you found us and when it would be convenient for us to meet in person. Once your appointment is scheduled, Nick passes all of the details to Dennis.
Estimating & Planning: Meeting Dennis
As the company’s sales manager, Dennis will meet with you and discuss your project. He prepares and sends out detailed estimates and is happy to answer all of your questions about interior or exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, or any of the services we offer. Once you ap
Project Management: Introducing Karen
Once you approve your estimate and schedule your painting project, you’ll meet Karen, our project manager. Karen sources all the supplies needed and coordinates our painters, ensuring every job runs smoothly from start to finish. She’ll introduce you to the crew, the talented painters who will bring your vision to life. On painting day, we make sure there is always a crew member on site working on your project so things progress on schedule.
After the crew finishes their work, you’ll do a final walk‑through with Karen to make sure everything meets your expectations. If any touch‑ups are needed, we’ll take care of them right away, and only after you’re happy do we collect payment.
