americanclassicpainters@gmail.comToday I would like to discuss this gorgeous property located in Seattle. It is a 3380 sq ft built 1915 house. Because of its age and the amount of details that needed to be taken care of it took us about 2 weeks to complete. First what we did was of course the power wash. We also add some Sample Green Detergent which helps remove all the organic matter from the house. Second we did the masking, which took the most of the time because of the amount of details that needed to be covered and protected from overspray. Third was Caulking Scraping and Priming. Because the house wasn’t painted in a long time it needed some scraping and spot priming. And of course caulking off all the gaps and cracks to protect it from water intrusion. And of course painting in the end. Our customer decided to stick with the same colors and again big thanks to our friends from Sherwin Williams who helped us again with a perfect color match. We used the Super Paint product here in Low Luster finish for the Green and the creamy color. For trims it was also Super Paint but we did it in Satin Finish.
Hi, Today we’ll be talking about a recent trend we’ve seen going around recently, White house with Black Accents. This modern look color scheme was always here but recently we’ve had more and more requests for this kind of project. This particular project is located in West Seattle and it was a small challenge because the initial house color was a dark brown and we had to paint it white. In order to achieve a bright, crispy and even looking white we have to prime the whole property first and then apply 2 coats of paint. The product used here was Sherwin Williams Super Paint and the color is Alabaster 7008 in Low Luster Finish. The Front Door, Garage Door and Window Trims were painted in Tricon Black 6258 Satin Finish. The result turned out to be outstanding and the customer truly loves it.

At our company, we’ve had the privilege of spearheading numerous painting works, each one a testament to our commitment to excellence. In Newcastle, our painters breathed new life into a 2,200 sqft home, completing the project in just 4 business days. The once light green siding now boasts a neutral blue hue, Gibraltar SW 6257, complemented by Drift of Mist SW 9166 trim for added contrast. Accenting elements like shutters, doors, and the garage received a touch of Iron Ore SW 7069. Carefully tying it all together with existing brickwork, our painters brought cohesion to the facade. This transformation showcases our expertise in house painting, particularly in Newcastle. Our skilled painters crew meticulously tackled siding painting, ensuring a fresh and vibrant exterior for the home.
